Ola, everybody!
I just dug in and added the Russian language files so now you can see what our little corner of the Intertubes looks like in Russian if you are so inclined. If you can remember where the buttons are located IN ENGLISH in order to switch back, it's pretty cool to look at. You can do everything in Russian except read posts done in English. It's
not a translator program, but rather an alternate, parallel version of the board
constructed entirely in Russian that allows for total communication back and forth for those who can read it.
Same TV, same TV shows, new remote control & instruction manual... and some premium channels. Besides; nobody in their right mind uses Babel Fish.
Here's a Russian Jim Beam Recipe page 'translated' into English...you'll die laughing and understand why I didn't install any actual
translation modifications the site. What we have her is Russian
hardwired in, not
interpreted and mangled ad hoc. Ewww, nasty!
To see what
our site looks like in Russian, do this:
Profile > Account Related Settings > Preferred Language > Russian > enter current password at the bottom > click Change Profile.
Until I hear something to the contrary, I will assume everything is operating smoothly/correctly/accurately in Russian.
